Rights of Way

Our Rights of Way Search provides details of all public and private Rights of Way affecting the property.  As well as providing copies of the relevant Land Registry documents for the adjoining properties over which a private right of way exists we also provide environmental searches that give detail of public rights of way and common land affecting the property.

Common Land Searches

Many grass verges, village greens and areas of unused land are registered as common land. This search revels the owner, boundary positions and rights of people entitled to use the common land.
